In these very frightening times I find having a mantra to repeat over and over is beneficial to pushing all anxious thoughts aside. Whatever your religious beliefs, being able to focus your mind on one thing will help to calm your anxiety. If you have no religious beliefs whatsoever I guarantee that learning this quote off by heart, and repeating it for as long as you need, will help to allay your anxiety and help you to relax. It’s also good to calm your mind as you lie in bed worrying about all those things over which we have no control.
